Tree Removal Permit
The City of Maywood Park has enacted regulations pertaining to tree removal. Please review City Code section 12.10, or City Ordinances 22, 22A, 22B, and 22C, prior to planning any tree removal in the City of Maywood Park. If after reviewing the Code or Ordinances you feel that you have a tree that requires removal, please complete and submit the “Request for Tree Removal Permit”, along with the $10.00 fee (check or cash) to the City office at:
