Reminder: Post-Garage Sale Debris Must Be Cleared

Please ensure that you have cleaned up all debris following participation in the garage sale. City Ordinance 2021-1 states that “Any items deemed ‘FREE’ OR ‘For Sale’ placed on curbs, easements, or ends of a driveway, shall be in such areas NO LONGER than a 24-hour-period. Any items remaining after a 24-hour period must be removed by the owner/renter and disposed of.” If the city needs to hire clean-up for your property, you will be charged for said services and a lien may be placed on your property.
