Dear Maywood Community,

At this special time of year when most of us are looking forward to various celebrations, it's important to recognize some of the darker, sadder things happening near here and in the world.

In our own community, we are doing the best we can as volunteers and caring neighbors. Let's all try to remember to practice kindness and consideration for one another now and as we move into the new year. I appreciate all of you!
