Act now to prevent flooding in your home or business: Find your emergency water shutoff valve!

As pipes burst around the city, crews are responding as quickly as possible to requests for emergency shut offs, but wait times are currently high. Be prepared to turn off your own water in case pipes leak or break.

Main breaks are expected to increase as colder water moves into town from the Bull Run watershed. Set aside emergency water now in case your water service is disrupted.
