Water Main Flushing
This information is from the Portland Water Bureau.
Water Main flushing will begin in your area on November 18th and continue through December 10th. Flushing will occur Monday-Thursday, typically from 8 am to 4 pm. Flushing will not occur over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Customers may notice temporary discolored water (yellow/brown) or slightly lower water pressure while the water mains on their street are being flushed. If the water is very discolored (coffee/mud color) or pressure drops significantly, customers should report this to the Water Quality Line: 503-823-7525 or WBWaterLine@portlandoregon.gov.
