Maywood Commons, located at the intersection of NE Failing St and NE 99th Ave, is a gathering space for the enjoyment of the community. Please treat it as you would your own front yard and be respectful of the property and its neighbors.

Plans are underway to level the ground at Maywood Commons, improve fencing, create ADA accessibility, expand the playground, and build a gazebo. Please respect Commons closures as these improvements are implemented.
